If you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased, we will be happy to fully refund them, provided you return them in their original condition, with all of the original labels intact and with the relevant receipts within 7 days.
Lorimat also offer an exchange or credit note on any item returned after 7 days up to 28 days from purchase. Once again this policy is only upheld if the items are returned in their original condition, with all of the original labels intact and with the relevant receipts.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately this policy cannot apply to earrings for reasons of hygiene. In addition, our policy does not extend to goods that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
Postage or courier charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However if you request replacements for a damaged item, you will not be charged again for postage.
An initial payment of 10% is required.
Deposit term lasts a maximum of 12 months from date of first payment or a term agreed with the customer.
Jewellery Items can only be collected on date of final payment, not before.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If a payment has not been made within a two month period, a reminder will be sent.
If three reminders are sent and no payment has been made, the item will be returned to stock and a credit applied to the customer’s account.
If the credit is not redeemed within 60 days we will be unable to return the deposit.
There are no penalties or hidden charges for additional or larger payments or if you would like to pay the deposit off early.
